ISSF inks Cooperation Agreement with ANOCA

The Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF) inked a cooperation agreement with the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOCA), in conjunction with the 12th African Games held on 19-31 August 2019 in the Kingdom of Morocco, with the participation of 52 African countries.
The purpose of this agreement is for both parties to explore areas of cooperation and enhance working relationships during the 2019-2023 quadrennial and beyond.
The agreement is made based on the mutual desire to develop their cooperation in the field of physical education and sports, based upon mutual respect and sovereign equality, and with the intention to fortify a friendly relationship between sportsmen and sportswomen of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOCA) and the Member countries of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF), and hoping to create a better understanding between our organizations based on principles of mutual respect and common interests.
On behalf of the ISSF President HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki ALFAISAL BIN ABDULAZIZ, the agreement was signed by the ISSF Secretary General Mr. Mohammed S. AL-GARNAS, and for the ANOCA, it was signed by its Secretary General Mr. Sayed Abu Qasim on behalf of the ANOCA President Dr. Mustapha BERRAF.
The signing ceremony was attended by the ISSF Senior Vice-President Col. Hamad Kalkba MALBOUM, and the ISSF Board Member Mr. Mr. Ammar BRAHMIA.
